Rally: Officially launched on BOT Chain Mainnet

Rally is officially launched on BOT Chain Mainnet. It is all-or-nothing crowdfunding for anything a group wants to make happen: a tournament prize, new kit for the team, a community meetup.

Start a rally with a goal in BOT and a deadline. Every supporter who pledges takes a seat in the stand. If the goal is reached, the starter collects everything. If time runs out first, every supporter takes their BOT back. The contract holds the BOT the whole time, and Rally takes no fee.
